FUSTIA was born from a conviction: Africa’s future will be determined by the ability of African institutions to invent and innovate the future-defining technologies that will shape the future of human civilization.
Our founder believes that, as Africa’s population accelerates toward more billions of people, the absence of strong and capable ecosystems for scientific discovery, technology and industrial innovation, represents both a defining economic risk and the greatest opportunity of our time. He believes without such systems; the African continent will continue to face stagnation. With them, Africa can emerge as a global leader in the innovation economy.
Recognizing the absence of companies and ecosystems capable of inventing and developing advanced, future-defining technologies from Africa, the founder set out to build a system capable of creating future-defining technology companies and invention labs that innovate and scale the technologies that will shape the future of humanity from Africa.
